1) First and foremost, the supplies must be gathered. In order to properly create the most delicious and fluffy scrambled eggs, the correct ingredients must be established. Three organic, pasture raised eggs should be gather, along with a splash of water and a dash of salt and pepper. In addition, a whisk, a rubber spatula, a mixing bowl, olive oil, a cover, and a nonstick pan should be set aside.
2) Now the eggs must be correctly cracked into a small to medium sized mixing bowl. With a small amount of force, tap the middle of each egg on a solid surface such as the countertop, slowly pull the egg into two half shells and separate them. The eggs should completely fall into the mixing bowl without any shells.
3) Now that the eggs are cracked, add a splash of water and a dash of salt and pepper. With a whisk, quickly mix all of the ingredients until fully incorporated and bubbles start to form around the edges of the bowl.
4) Turn the stove on low to medium heat, normally around a 3 to 4 setting. Allow about one teaspoon of olive oil to heat up, and then add the eggs to the pan. Cover the pan and allow the mixture to sit until the fluid begins to turn slightly solid. Mix semi-frequently, but allow to mainly remain covered. Keeping the ingredients covered allows the eggs to stay moist.
5) After about four to five minutes, the eggs should be finished. Using the rubber spatula, slowly tilt the pan and guide the eggs onto a plate.
6) Top the eggs with salt, pepper and a hot sauce of your choosing.
